Frequently Asked Questions

You have two billing options:

1. Monthly billing - a payment gets processed when the plan is activated and at each first day of the month. All amounts are calculated as multiplication of agent seats number and plan's price. For Business plan it's $20 for a seat, for Enterprise - $59.
2. Annual billing - a payment gets processed when the plan is activated and each year at the same date. All amounts are calculated as multiplication of agent seats number and plan's price. For Business plan it's $17 for a seat, for Enterprise - $50.

To change the plan you can go to Settings/ Company / Billing, and choose an appropriate plan.




Than you can choose the billing cycle most convenient for you the number of agents and click Upgrade.





On the following page pick the payment method and clickConfirm.





And not you can invite agents.
