Adding agents to your website

To add an agent to your website first you need to invite it to your company account. Go to the Settings / Company / Agents and click on button Send invites.

Put the emails and click Send invites.

After you will see added agent in the list. Now you can check if the agent is connected to current active website. To doing so go to the Settings / Website / Agents and review.

After these steps when the invited agent will sign up on Nice Chat he immediately can talk to your customers.
