Basic Nice Chat usage for agents

This short tutorial will help you to quickly start chatting with your customers.

First of all you need to Sign In with the following form using the credentials chosen during registration.

sign in

After successful login you will get to the Chats section where you can browse the list of your new and active customer conversations and chat statistics dashboard.

Along with Chats on the right menu you might see another 6 sections:

  • Visitors
  • Archive
  • Operators
  • Statistics
  • Settings
  • Help
To start chatting with your customers you need to choose a conversation from the list

and click Join chat

Thats it! Chat is active and you can type and send messages, files, suggest products but more on these features in our other tutorials.
