Use the forms in Nice Chat to collect information about the product which the buyer needs or for obtaining the personal information from the client before the transaction is completed. Thus, you will decrease and structured chatting.

Pay attention, originally the Nice Chat has 2 forms - "Purchase form" and "LEAD_CATCH_FORM_TRANS". The first one is a form for purchase, the second one is for collecting contacts when there are no operators in the chat. You can edit them for yourself.

The procedure for creating a new form

1. Go to "Settings"

3. "Add new form"
   
4. Here is a set of elements that make it easy to build forms for any purpose.
   
5. Let's create for example the shape of the product selection. Conditionally, our shop sells umbrellas:
1. Give the name of the form. Drag the "list" element and enter your data.
   
2. Add the question about the color of the umbrella. Do the same as in the previous paragraph: drag the "list" and fill in the data.
   
3. Add the "Multi-Select" element thus the buyer can indicate: whether the umbrella should be automatic and whether the light reflectors and the anti-wind system are needed. Press the "change" button to save the form.
   
4. Use the new form when chatting. At the bottom of the chat, click the "form" button -> select the desired form.
